2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on judi365:

Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by name, identity document number, address, phone number, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — will be treated as a policy violation. Winnings generated from duplicate accounts may be forfeited and accounts closed without prior notice.
3.1 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during account registration — including name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address — is accurate, complete, and current. judi365 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any registration details at any time.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC). In accordance with international gaming authority licensing requirements and anti-money laundering obligations, judi365 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate by judi365's compliance team. Required documentation may include a government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility. You must notify judi365 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. judi365 will never request your password via live chat, email, or telephone.
3.4 Account Sharing. Sharing of account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. judi365 accounts are personal and non-transferable.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. judi365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank bank transfer, CIMB bank transfer, Public Bank bank transfer, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. All account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are processed immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfers are credited within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes subject to banking system availability. Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) deposits are credited following sufficient blockchain confirmations, typically within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Verified accounts with e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted during operating hours. judi365 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks prior to releasing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time.
4.4 Own Payment Methods Only. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. judi365 does not accept deposits from payment methods held by third parties. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets belonging to the registered Member.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard. judi365 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.6 Currency. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For USDT TRC20 transactions, conversion is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction as displayed to you during the deposit or withdrawal process.
5.1 Product-Specific Rules. Each product on the judi365 platform — Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, and Esports Betting — is governed by product-specific rules in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the judi365 Sportsbook are subject to acceptance by judi365. judi365 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on erroneous odds, bets that exceed applicable stake limits, or bets placed by Members flagged under the prohibited conduct provisions.
5.3 Voided Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, system or data feed errors, or evidence of match manipulation. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Member's account balance.
5.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets on the judi365 Sportsbook are subject to suspension and price changes without notice, reflecting real-time match developments. Bets already confirmed at the time of market suspension remain valid unless voided under clause 5.3.
5.5 RNG Games. All slot games and non-live casino games in the judi365 library use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) provided by licensed third-party game developers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are as published by the respective game developers.
5.6 Live Casino. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers (including Evolution Gaming, SA Gaming, Dream Gaming, and others). judi365 does not operate live dealer studios directly. The rules governing individual live dealer games are those of the respective studio provider and are displayed within the game interface.
6.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by judi365 are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. These Terms apply generally; specific wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Abuse of Promotions. judi365 reserves the right to withhold, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk systematic wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements without normal gambling risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple Members.
6.4 One Promotion Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, judi365 promotions are limited to one per household, device, IP address, payment method, or shared network.
7.1 Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following on the judi365 platform:
7.2 Where judi365 reasonably suspects a Member of prohibited conduct, judi365 may immediately suspend or permanently close the account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, void outstanding bets, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.
8.1 All content on the judi365 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the property of judi365 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the judi365 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of judi365.
9.1 judi365 is provided on an "as available" basis. judi365 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, judi365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, data feed errors, or connectivity issues beyond judi365's reasonable control.
9.3 judi365's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by judi365's gross negligence.
10.1 judi365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, violation of the single account policy, incomplete or falsified KYC information, or prolonged account inactivity.
10.2 Member-Initiated Closure. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting judi365 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (net of applicable bonus balances) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
10.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months with a positive balance may be classified as dormant. judi365 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Member before applying any dormant account fee. The applicable dormant account fee schedule is available from customer support.
11.1 judi365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Members. Gambling is intended as entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Members who believe their gambling behaviour is causing harm may activate self-exclusion from their account settings dashboard. Self-exclusion periods are available in increments from six (6) months to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, judi365 will not permit access to the account, and any marketing communications will be suspended.
11.3 Deposit Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to reduce limits are actioned immediately.
11.4 Minor Protection. judi365 has a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. If you have reason to believe a minor has accessed or is using your account, contact judi365 support immediately. We recommend using device-level parental controls to prevent access by minors to gambling platforms.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which judi365 holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the judi365 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body, and the decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding.
12.3 Nothing in this clause prevents judi365 from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief in any competent court.
13.1 judi365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the judi365 platform.
13.2 The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of these Terms. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.
